Q + A

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

The bride & groom Kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st, 2025. RSVPs are VERY important! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending the final headcount to the venue shortly after this deadline - if you are unable to attend, please know that we do understand and you will be missed!

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

Dress in whatever makes you feel good! We want you to have fun and enjoy yourself! Tip : Many people will dress anywhere from casual to semi formal. Either are entirely acceptable. We do recommend bringing a light jacket due to the venue being at a high altitude and although it will be the middle of Summer, the temperature may get a tad chilly. Out of respect for the bride, we just ask that you avoid wearing white - any other color will do!

There are also many complimentary guest shuttles to conveniently access the base area. Street parking is managed by Weber County on Snowbasin Road. It is permitted on the right side of the white lines, except within the 'No Parking Zone' located near the Wildcat Parking Lot

HOW DO I ACCESS THE LODGE VENUE ONCE I'VE PARKED?

The venue is located at the top of Snowbasin Resort at the "Needles" Lodge. In order to access the lodge, all guests must take an enclosed gondola ride, lasting about ten minutes, to the peak of the mountain. Assistance will be available for the elderly or anyone else who requires any extra assistance!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! As our wedding ceremony is being held at a venue with a limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate family for the ceremony. The bride and groom ask that you arrive 30 minutes before their 4 PM ceremony time. This provides enough time to get comfortably seated and ensure that we stay on schedule. However, anyone with an invitation is welcome to the reception and we would be thrilled to have you join us afterward to continue the celebration! The reception is set to begin at 5 PM. As you RSVP, please take a moment to check your invitation for the specific ceremony and reception times, so you know exactly when to arrive. We look forward to sharing this joyous occasion with you!

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4 PM. We would like all guests to arrive at 3:30 PM to mingle and get comfortably seated. The doors will close at 3:50 PM. If you happen to be late, the coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will be still be able to attend the reception, which is scheduled for shortly after the ceremony. So hang tight & we will see you at the reception! We thank you for your understanding!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will be outdoor on the patio (weather permitting). We recommend bringing a light jacket as the high altitude tends to be slightly cooler than down below. Although the wedding is scheduled for the middle of Summer, It is not uncommon for snow to still be on the peaks of the mountains at this time. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate for plus ones. We want to respect the max capacity of our venue, and we have reached that max capacity in our guest list, which is limited to our closest friends and family. We kindly ask that only those included on the invitation are the ones who attend our special day (You can also search your name in the RSVP portion of the website and it will show a list of guests included on your invitation). However, if you would like to bring a guest who is not listed on your invitation, please let us know. Once we receive our final head count, we will review the possibility of adding additional guests and will reach out to you with any updates. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We can't wait to celebrate and look forward to sharing this joyous occasion with you!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE WEDDING?

The bride and groom will miss you dearly, but we certainly understand! If you cannot make it to the wedding PLEASE let us know as soon as possible and respond to the RSVP with "Not Attending" so that we can plan accordingly. Please note the deadline for RSVPs is May 1st of 2025. Anyone who has not RSVP'd by this deadline will be mark as "not attending" and will not be included in the guest list.

HOW WILL SEATING BE ARRANGED?

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you’d like! We only ask that the front row remain open for immediate family and reserved seats for our loved ones who have passed. For the reception, the bride and groom will be carefully arranging tables so their guests are sat with those they know or their partners.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OF THE WEDDING?

The bride and groom will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony as they would like to see your smiling faces as you enjoy this special moment with them. We ask that you please turn off your phone or put it on "Do Not Disturb" and let their amazing photographer take the lead. We have invested in an extremely talented photographer to capture this special moment. We will share all the photos with you afterwords! However, we do encourage you to take as many photos and videos as possible during the reception!

WHAT TIME IS THE CELEBRATION EXPECTED TO END?

We have reserved the venue from 4 PM to 10 PM. We kindly ask that all guests begin to depart around 9 PM. All guests should take the final gondola down the mountain promptly by 9:45 PM at the latest!

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY SET UP?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to give us a gift, in lieu of a registry, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon! We realize that we do work for the airlines, however, we would prefer to purchase confirmed tickets for our honeymoon. There is a QR code included on this website with a link to our Venmo. Our Honeymoon Wish : We've lived together for quite a while, with all our pots and pans. And as we don't need homely gifts, we have another plan! We know it's not traditional, and not typically the way it's done, but rather than a wedding list, we'd love a bit of fun! So although it's not expected, if you'd like to provide a gift to help send us on our way, a contribution to our Honeymoon would really make our day! Thank you so much for being a part of our special day! Again, your presence is the greatest gift of all! Venmo : @AngelG923 or @Joseph-Feichko Cash or checks are also acceptable!

Are Kids Allowed?

Due to the venue only allowing for so many tables and guests, please arrange child care and enjoy a kid free night with us. As much as we love your littles, everyone deserves a night off sometimes, and we want you to enjoy the evening with us. So find yourself a babysitter and please come celebrate! We kindly ask that you respect our decision to include only the children who have been asked to have a role in our wedding day, and RSVP for only those named on your invitation.
